We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Trade Promotions and Activations Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Seniority Level: Associate

Job Objectives
. Lead the execution of overall Trade/Channel strategy towards optimizing the full potential of our brands in the different channels
. Provide Shared Services to Sales and Marketing. Facilitating implementation of a national promotions, activations and merchandising strategy
. Provide activation and merchandising solutions by channel, category and customer

Key responsibilities.
• Implement strategies and plans that deliver Channel/Category growth based on shopper and trade insight. (Accountable for implementation of BTL trade plan channel/category)
• Be the channel expert and a one stop solution to channel/shopper insight of any assigned channel. Generate and communicate shopper and channel insights to identify key drivers and opportunities
• Identify key growth drivers by channel and develop plans across Assortment, Merchandising and Promotion based on overall consumer and trade marketing strategy
• Develop actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding of shopper behavior within the categories/channels, support its implementation and continuously review the effectiveness of PNG in-store activities
Support appropriate planning and delivery of NPD projects
• Manage the Trade Marketing calendar to maximize Field Sales capability and capacity to deliver key priorities
• Manage the annual and quarterly Trade Marketing process and plan. Communicate and track effectiveness
• Develop control Provide field sales force with selling tools and support materials to drive brilliant execution of BTL activities
• mechanisms to optimize promotional volumes. Manage tracking mechanisms and scorecards to measure execution and provide evaluation of all Trade Marketing activities for Assortment, Merchandising and Promotion
Post evaluate all key events to improve ROI

Job Requirements
First Degree in any discipline
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing with a demonstrable record of success in a customer role
